Spoiler alert........ This was my first experience as historical drama . I saw so many comments and review about the bromance of this drama and this is the initial reason for me. And second reason is woo do hwan after watching save me and mad dog . Honestly my choice never disappointed me . Because it was best decision . The drama is well plotted with all emotions like love emotional betrayal lonely anger etc. The direction and camera works are amazing with lot of great action works. Written is beautifully done through amazing and unique characterisation .Other thing I liked the most is there is no line between bad and good. In this every character have their own bad side and as well as good side. Everyone have their own definition for country .And every one fighting to achieve that in good and bad ways The best and most beautiful thing is bromance between hwi and seon-ho . Their relationship is well written . And the actors is fully given to the their characters. They were all wonderful and powerful in their roles. Exceptionally woo do hwan . Because his character Development going through so many levels . Because of the situation he forced to do so many awful decision .But same time he always trying to protecting hwi and yeon . Seon ho is a complicated character . Some time we confusing he not care about hwi.But same time he put his life in danger for him. While doing wrong things he also always trying to protect hwi.I think Seon ho have more contribution to their bromance.... Because there is so many scenes that Seon ho put his life to protect hwi than hwi doing for him like hwi mentioned in ep 15 that you are always beside when I am in pain . Still I can't ignore hwi concerns towards Seon ho .when he say I will save him after Seon ho stabed him . Another credit of this drama I want to give to jang hyuk as yi bang-won .It was fabulous . He's definitely a scene stealer . Romance between hwi and hee- her was good. But I didn't care about that much because of the bromance of the other characters . For me ending is not disappointed one .It is the best ending that can give to this drama . Ending gave this drama to be more realistic I recommend this drama 4.5/5
