Had never seen or heard of Diane Morgan. What's so funny? The condescending deadpan looks she gives to brilliant historians who look as one would look after being asked the stupidest question they'd ever been asked; her facial expressions of annoyance and boredom, in contrast to real documentarians who feign looks of awe; Cunk stumbling awkwardly through solemn locations; her subtle jabs at real Netflix documentaries; malapropisms galore. I anticipated turning it off (as I do 99% of fake history shows), but what hooked me was the first episode I watched, when she referred to the Titanic as Titan IC, the first single-use submarine in history.
