Y’all did perfect by this movie. You respected the lore and made it dramatic, pulling in my heartstrings, and action PACKED. I haven’t laughed like that in a movie theater in years. This movie had the whole theater laughing and pulled into the story. By FAR the best movie I’ve ever seen. And that’s saying something. I expected a great fun movie for me and my wife as a date but GOD that was a religious experience. I’m not even one to leave a movie review but this one deserves it. I played dungeons and dragons lots of times over the years and this is not only accurate to the lore of dnd, but the emotional and chaotic awesome of this movie made it worth the while. I’m just disappointed I can’t watch it again before opening weekend. Whoever was hired to make this movie not only needs a raise, but creative freedom to (hopefully) make as many of these movies as possible. I will be watching this movie again and every new one they make, if they make more. I would rate this movie higher if it would let me. Absolute kudos to the creators and actors. You did good by this one.
