As a criminal defense attorney I found the jury verdict to be very credible. It may not be what we want but it does reflect the reality of criminal jury trials. It demonstrates why women who are the victims of criminal sexual conduct are reluctant to come forward.
I also found the wife's reaction to be realistic as well. She put up with her husband's abuse of reality for as long as she could and finally decided to act on behalf of objective truth.
In this age of Donald Trump and his abuse of reality which is swallowed by his supporters I say good for her !
