It pains me to say this about anything involving Star Wars. I have loved every single movie and every single series...but this was a struggle to get through. It felt like I was wading through mud to get through each episode. Horrendously predictable, the writing was tired, the plot left much to be desired. The characters were hard to relate to. They were often condescending, cocky jerks. The few good ones ended up being ruined in the end. Heyland brought in "teasers" and "cameos" that threatened the canon plots already existing in the movies and series. I hate they left it open for a second season. Please don't.
