Once again another glorified update. Madden’s lack of balance and continued exploits are in my opinion not the simulation of football John Madden intended. Now it’s just NBA Jam. Who asked for perks like being able to see the offense’s intended receiver or receiver icons changing when you call a play? Why can’t players just play the game the way it was intended and allow players to out coach each other and not have their team put at a disadvantage by shaking the camera or slowing their players down? It’s no longer a simulation. There is a reason that they bought the exclusive rights from the NFL. Because if 2K sports were allowed to make another NFL game it would again be superior as it was when they were still making football games. We are all beholden to EA sports and their lousy football game because there is no other one in town. If I could give less than one star I would.
