Sholay depicts a powerful portrayal of good vs evil, the importance of truth and honor and taking a stand in this world despite difficulty, the unfairness of life and how second chances aren’t guaranteed; most importantly the value and sacrifice that come with true friendship and love. I’ve never both laughed and cried this hard - Sippy is a genius and this is his masterpiece.
