I will not recommend the hot house to anyone. The staff are selectively abusive picking the most vulnerable and who they can get away with doing that too. They rip people off by overcharging and if you’re drunk they will take advantage of that. If you complain you will be met with hostility and even aggression. The place is rampant with sex pest who expose their genitals and try to pull females into toilets to assault them. There are sexual assaults incidents that happen regularly and they will buy you off with a free drink instead of kicking the perpetrators out and allowing you to call the police. Fights happen regularly sometimes weapons are included. The owner hides this all so he don’t lose his licence and money. Drugs are rampant in this premises and there is much gossip between different cliches and this is encouraged by the owner. Also, they serve overly drunk people when they shouldn’t cause they’re more concerned with making money. They let grown men take advantage of young ladies by plying them with alcohol until they can’t even stand. Also, I know 2 people who were spiked there also but when this was bought up the owner ignored it and did not investigate. Also, they take advantage of their staff and do not pay them or rip them by underpaying them. I am fearful of this environment and some of the people so I do no frequent this establishment anymore. If I could give 0 stars I would!
