Really enjoyed this love story with all its twists and turns. It is slow but I was drawn in from the beginning and I felt the actors played their parts really well. It reminded me of Mrs Robinson for anyone who can remember that film.

I had no idea what to expect but early on it reminded me of ROOM. Such a stretch of the imagination…is her father the abuser or is her grandad an abuser also. Did the young girl have a vivid imagination or was it something else 🧐. Didn’t the genre state sci-fi or was THAT my imagination. I was gripped every minute. Brilliant acting and storytelling right until the end.

Hi I am in UK. My friend and I were keen to go and see this film. We didn’t speak through out but I could tell we both wanted to leave early on. About twenty minutes before the end I said do you want to leave and she said it’s rubbish isn’t it? We waited to the end and both agreed a dreadful film. I find it difficult to understand why viewers like to write five thousand word essays which may have appealed more to an American audience even though I got the comment about the actors take on Trump. We are both let’s say of more mature years and we both agreed don’t waste your money

My friend and I both loved it. I cried almost as much as I laughed. Acting brilliant. Script great. Child actors fab. Music spot on. Locations perfect. I hope this isn’t the last we see of Bridget.

Casting brilliant. Please do not be put off by the sex scenes as the acting is award worthy especially Gabriel. I just wanted to watch right to the end but watched it over two days and it became more and more gripping to watch. I have to tell you I did cry in parts but in the last episode shed lots of tears but won’t tell you whether they were happy tears or not . Highly recommend to put this on your list to watch.
