Don't be fooled by the negative reviews! I bet they are mostly from people who never experienced racism or colorism in their entire lives! Since I'm from a country that was colonized brutally by British for 2 millennia and lost her glory because of it, the story made me so emotional. It's an eye-opener for me. Also, I thoroughly enjoyed all the placed the author made a dig a the crown! Go, Rachel! Drag them! Ramy, Robin, Vic, Griffin... I love them all.
