I won't say that it is the best one . The Dark Knight will be on top shelf always. This movie as a whole was amazing. It bring more out of the The Batman.. His detective skills, his fears. Overall a nice movie which won't disappoint you. A pure DC movie, bringing out the other shades of Batman.
