I was in India at the time that this horrific and barbaric crime took place. Having gone there from the UK and spending new year in Punjab...I remember the eerie feeling that had taken ahold of the country and the passion with which the country felt about justice For what had happened.
Watching this series some five and half years later brought back all the emotions and prayers I felt at the time for the victim and her family, which are now repeated for her soul and her family and their pain. It’s just inconceivable that something like this could ever have taken place.
The series really demonstrates how the Delhi Police worked tirelessly to bring justice to cause under such financial human resource constraints, both in human capital and numbers.
I’d like to thank them for being justice to the country and the women of the country...also to the writer and producer of the series for producing such an emotionally gripping series of episodes to demonstrate the work of the Delhi Police. 🙏🏽🤲🏽
