Only thing that is ok in this series is CGI. If you start considering how much money was supposedly spent it should inspire awe.
Plot is polluted by political ideology and it has nothing to do with Tolkien universe apart from some names.
Acting on average is bad and dialogs are cringe. You can see that most of the actors didn't properly study their roles at all.
