UPDATE: It appears the company is fraudulently claiming Shark Tank endorsed them. Not a hard leap to take considering how fraudulently they conduct business...hate it for the Shark Tank investors and NBC that are taking a hit too.
The investors on this show need to research the companies better. Some of the companies engage in fraudulent business practices, and NBC and the investors are being linked to the products.
