It is a very poor representation and not based in factual or well researched/evidentiary depiction of mental health or treatment facilities. It endorses stigmatized versions of mental health and treatment, and is a dangerous depiction of a true disability. Just a very bad and false example of mental health and care. It is very irresponsible writting.
