First this is a Hollywood adaption, it is not a documentary, it is not meant to show the British, Americans nor Canadians did more or less. It is a adaption of a novel. and one man and several directors interpretation of the D Day invasion. It was entertaining, showing both sides of the invasion, the Germans and the allies. War is flawed, mistakes are made on both sides, and the allies were successful , Omaha Beach suffered the highest casualties for many reasons and was thus portrayed as the main focus of the movie.

I liked the first Wayans as Murtaugh and Crawford as the self destructive Riggs. I lost interest with the replacement partner Scott. Too bad Crawford was so anti social toward the crew that they had to fired him. I think the show went downhill since the loss off Riggs.
