I listened to this book on Spotify. I love hearing Emily talk about the topics that she is clearly passionate about. I was not necessarily seeking out this book to learn anything. I just wanted to hear more about some ideas for making my life a little healthier. I really love Emily’s perspective and honestly it made some of my days as a SAHM easier and helped me feel more appreciative of all that I have. While I am prone to anxiety, particularly regarding how to raise my kids to be healthy, this book did not increase any anxiety. She does a really good job of presenting in a non-judgmental, and easy to swallow way. Great job Really Very Crunchy team!
