Joaquin Nunez

Played the games and went into this series with the expectation of it being similar to the movies. Was pleasantly surprised at how it turned out. It has quite a bit going on with the layered stories between past and present, but pulls it off without being confusing. The new story that's loosely based on the games is refreshing. There's references hidden everywhere, (was waiting for the typewriter in the safe room), and the change to characters was interesting. Banging soundtrack. There was less Zombie/monster action then expected, but hopefully the show can get going now that it's got its characters established. Overall, it's a fantastic show for what it is and I look forward to more seasons!
