We need more true based stories like this to be told about our struggles and triumphs we've had to overcome. I myself as an educator from TX who taught in CT, and now lives in NC can tell you so many stories and similar situations like this that I have experienced in the 80's, 90's and even 2000's. Yes some reviews here have been that these are just repeating stories already told, but folks should realize that we as a Chicano culture are just scratching the surface of our stories being told!
