I went into this fully expecting a fun movie to watch but it was very uninspiring. I think we laughed at one part of the movie but there was very little wit and humoir to speak of. The animation was on par with what I would expect from Illumination but if you’re thinking this is anywhere near a movie like the despicable me series then ateee clear. I knew within 10 minutes of watching that this was going to be a snooze fest.
