I am by no means a film expert or have much knowledge on film directing, but what I just watched has already zoomed past some of my top favourites of all time. This is a truly stunning work of art that had me, a typically ‘unreactive-to-movies’ type person absolutely absorbed and emotionally moved at all times. I felt it so much so that for 3 hours, I was part of the story and could emphasise with most of the characters.
The sound-scape delicately delivered by Nolan really does compliment the story to its full potential, it uses lots of bass which gives it a ‘looming and inevitable’ feel.
I dont know what else to say, I am still utterly amazed.
