This is the 3rd time I am watching this film. My mind kept asking this question. 1950 was a time the Chinese army had got no plane, no artillary, no tanks, nothing and they still can push back the US army who have every kind of war machine. What's more now about the Chinese army who also have every kind of war machine and even more sophisticated then the US Army? 3rd time watching and I have not grow tired of this film. Gonna watch it the 4th time again somewhere in time. I gave a full 5 star for this top quality movie. I gotta said that having watched saving private ryan several times, I still put saving private ryan as the number 1 of all times. Nobody can top over SPR. However, battle at lake changjin is definitely number 2. This is a very touching film and I believe the budget to make this film is horrendously high. I watched it on 4K on 3rd time and I enjoy every second of it. Top quality film.
