Since this was not realistic, there was no need for the terrible camera work. It didn't provide any realism and it just made me fast forward through some part. Interesting story, but in the end, it was ok.

I think it’s obviously staged and things are very conveniently available

I watched the ogdensburg show. They interviewed the family and did not ask them if they used their phone cameras to record what the saw. Why not? Also, the investigation was a waste of time. They made empty assumptions about what they heard. And, of course as in all of these shows, they found nothing. It was all staged with lights! And, why do they have to investigate in the dark? Special effects?
