I'm thoroughly enjoying this. I feel like the graphics are fine, they stuck with the same style as the original 3DS game, but I think it looks nice. It's relaxing, cute, and it has a decent enough story full of personality.
It's for kids, so it's not hard, and it's like a visual novel type game, so the gameplay centers around speaking to people, gathering clues, stories, and cut scenes. I don't see this being for everyone, but I don't think it's anywhere near as bad as what people are saying about it.
It's on the slower side, but if you can get past that, I think it's a good time. I haven't finished it yet, but I haven't enjoyed a Pokemon game this much in a long time.
