Absolutely terrible. Poor acting and subpar written script.

I usually try to take a TV show and set it aside from the books and watch it for its own merit. In this series I am unable to do this as I have read this book series 3 times. Some changes you expect in a show from a book. I am baffled by the changes they have made in this show that have a fundamental impact to the development of the book series. Without going into a spoiler for any who have not read the books they simply changed what happens to one character in the books and have it effect someone totally different in the show which in turn changes their whole role in the books. From fan of the books I would give this a "1 star" for adaptation. But i give it a 3 star because I think a person who has not read the whole 15 book series may enjoy it.
