I am confident that they started working on this title in May this year, as it looks like an extremely rushed and unfinished game. Graphics and textures look worse than in COD Black Ops Cold War (or even MW) but still can impress in rare cases. No ray tracing technology. The campaign is stupid and short AF, without military actions that would ramp your heart rate or prevent you from sleeping for a little longer. You had a chance and resources to present the worst and most devastating war in human history that anyone can hardly imagine! AI is just terrible. Heck, COD 2 from 2005 had better AI! Some would say that they already nailed MP - but no - it's also stupid, weak, and not playable at all. I have been constantly spawning in front of enemies and being killed instantly. It is enormously difficult to see enemies. Maps are not interesting (even in the campaign), have visual glitches, and are not interesting or memorable in any way. Scorestreaks can be reimagined and reworked. The voting system and Best play are totally unnecessary. I requested a refund but Blizzard denied it despite the fact that I have a total of 4 hours of playtime (together with a completed campaign and a little bit of MP), and that's alright - keep it and have fun with it. To people that will hopefully read this - don't buy this game!
