I first heard about this book from a podcast with Caroline Leaf, and it sounded amazing and very practical and helpful.
On reading, I found the first half boring and repetitive, filled with un-scientific claims and poor science. This book makes unsubstantiated claims that almost all illness is caused by stress and toxic thinking, and can lead to victim blaming and generally unhealthy views on the biological and genetic causes of disease.
Please do further research about the author before buying, Leaf has no experience or training whatsoever in neuroscience, yet claims to be an "expert".
Not a good book at all.
