Allyn Covington

I really wanted to like this movie, but it's just so cliche. There's absolutely nothing new here, you could take any "young kid gets super powers" movie trope and it's in this film. The sloppy writing is probably the worst of it, I spent a lot of time groaning at some of the lines because it's been so overdone. I also don't feel like any of the other characters were given a real identity and even Jaime is pretty bland. Y'all did blue beetle dirty.
