For anyone thinking how much could a voiceless movie leave you behind, or a 12 minute movie how much could it teach you but let me tell you the impressions this brilliantly animated story leaves you in your heart. Just by watching the trailer for the short film ,your heart shatters, a couple who lose their daughter In school shooting, it’s how their life entirely changes and how the struggle, the emotional setback it causes. Even if you have read the storyline it will still make you weep, at least in your heart. The story like I said has no dialogues the song and how the characters have been portrayed is amazing alone .In my opinion it might also leave a message to not take anything granted and I believe since it came out in 2020 it is also leaves a message to those people who lost their loved ones in this pandemic that they will always stay in your heart no matter what and would always want you to be happy even if they are gone .The text message which is also the title was left during the outbreak of shooting in the school and were the last words by their daughter signifying like I have said above, even if I am gone I love you and will always stay in your heart . The souls(or shadows but which I think are souls) have been portrayed as their emotions specially in the scene where the parents say goodbye to their girl while their souls are trying to stop the girl from going which signifies they rued the day they lost her and if they could they would try everything to undo it. The cat in the story connects with the girl’s souls as in emotions ,I think she tries to tell the parents what the girl would have wanted to and what the girl would have done in her place. Sorry if this is too raw or anything it’s my first time writing a review, this movie has my full support and I legit 💯 % recommend you to watch it ! Thankyou💙have a lovely day🌌 ;)) Edit : after posting this man I saw all the review of the people in the 1 star section, well tbh if you want to write trash of such a great artwork then first understand the story, try to understand the message it tries to give off and if you are incapable of doing so then don’t even write anything about it and for those who wrote the movie was hilarious lemme tell you try losing someone you love so dearly someone who you just saw in the morning and a second later are gone , I believe everyone has a different opinion but laughing at this is just disrespectful to the people who have gone through such trauma . But hang in there those people be 💪🏻StronG💪🏻 Fighting! :-D
