Spoiler Free Decent nail biter. Not breaking any ground in anyway but it does have good acting and story. I was invested the entire way through and would actually be interested in rewatching in a month or two, which I can't say for most movies of the genre. It almost gives me similar vibes as The Strangers (2008) with a tense dynamic between the main characters, and a heavy suspense throughout the film. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Not sure why the reviews are so low, it's a very decent movie. I think the film advertises exactly what it is and has certainly aged well. It's become a classic in my book.

If an alien watched a romance movie and decided to write their own romance movie, then this would be that movie. The "romance" aspect felt unrealistic, over the top, and just like they're trying way too hard. I haven't cringed this hard at a movie ever. I wouldn't be surprised is Tumblr had produced this movie. 2/5 stars cause I feel bad that someone put those actors through these unfair working conditions.
