I just saw Am I Racist in theater tonight with a very packed house. A few people got offended and left. I thought it was genuine and hysterical. If you can't have a little fun in life what's the point? Notably there were also very touching moments from Southern white patrons in a biker bar but also members of the African American community... very heartfelt and uplifting messages of unity and love.
It's actually a complex issue and Matt Walsh has an interesting and unique take that is absolutely worth watching - agree with him or not that DEI is a scam. SPOILER ALERT.... I wish his uncle's joke was actually funny. It would have made a more satisfying ending but maybe a satisfying ending was not the point?.... A remarkable film. GO SEE IT FOR SURE
