Outstanding book for someone who is just getting into solution selling! Many people don't have a sales process for their selling approach and this book gets you started on one. I have been using it's principals for almost 4 years now and I can tell you that my sales have been consistently over budget ever since, except that one month I was at 99% To be clear this is not the only book a sales professional needs to read, far from it, but it does create a foundation for truly professional sales techniques.
