I enjoyed this light, funny rom com. Not the movie of the year, but was fun to watch and had me laughing. The chemistry between Nicole Kidman and Zac Efron wasn’t great, but Zac Efron was charismatic enough to cover. Joey King played a great role as well!

What a letdown. Though Denzel’s acting, of course, was good in parts, most of the movie was incredibly over dramatic: the writing, the dialogue, the way the scenes panned and cut. The plot didn’t make sense at times. And neither did the characters’ actions. It reminded me of a bad version of some of the British detective/murder mystery dramas that I do enjoy- don’t waste your time on this, check out Endeavour on Prime or PBS instead.
