Have loved Tolkien since I was a kid. Great world building, character building, great visuals, great special effects, storyline unfolding steadily and Not rushed, watched both episodes, wanted to see more. Can’t wait for next episode. So many great series start off slow. It took me 3 attempts to watch GOT then I loved it. I think I’m going to really enjoy this series, and I think if you like fantasy then you will really enjoy this as well. Don’t listen to the haters or the - star reviewers, they don’t understand Tolkien’s universe at all. Really enjoyed it. Watching it again.

It’s a great show love it. The special effects are good, the acting is good.

I don’t like shaky cam recorder movies and this is just that. Predictable , no story , monster cane from where, what happened to it in the ending? Was bored, kept rewinding because kept missing things , was looking forward to a good monster movie and although the actual monster was good special effects, the movie itself was pretty bad. 2/5 maybe. Clover field paradox is so much better
