The epic battle scenes were visually stimulating. The pacing seemed off… Time jumping too often.. hoping the extended cut will be better. No action in conquering Italy or display of the might of the Grand Army, or Napoleon’s Marshalls. Edgy humor laced into many scenes and a heavy focus on Josephine and Napoleon’s love story. Summarily disappointing.
