Most of the people posting reviews more than likely did not grow up scared La Llorona and it shows lol. I thought the movie was amazing and to see my childhood fear come to life FREAKED ME OUT!!!! I am from new mexico so growing up my dad always said to not play by the river after dark or la llorona would get me. People have their opinions but I thought she looked a lot like how I'd imagined her.
