Well, I'm still thinking about the movie, its characters and themes the day after seeing it. That's the sign of a good movie! I love murder mysteries and this one has a great twist. It's also a psychological thriller that has a lot of style, eye and ear candy (and not just because Anya Taylor-Joy brings that and more!)
Its ending brings a really refreshing take to the horror movie genre. The beautiful, tortured girl played so well by Thomasin McKenzie ultimately fights back in a way I've never seen before in this genre. Kudos to Edgar Wright and Krysty Wilson-Cairns for a great story and screenplay which will make you think about ghosts, haunting and the line between the living and the living in a different way...
