Shahla Hebets

I don’t think I have ever written a poor review of a book, but this book really deserves it. The main character is annoying, the dad’s scientific musings are boring to the extreme, and Mia’s footnotes throughout the book feel entirely unnecessary. After reading 17 chapters, I had to stop reading this book out of sheer irritation which I never do. Not an enjoyable or interesting read.
