If your charging a price per ounce what ever the case may be. Please make them portion out to fit the price. Had more tentacles then calamari rings it's self. you try not to criticize, but when your in business thas long you should already know how to improve your restaurant. read your reviews and make changes. Maybe the type of clients your use to are content, but don't forget there are clients that are food conscious and know the difference between good and excellent. Pointe is people deserve to get what they payed for. Don't forget that your in business because of us. Don't be like other restaurants that forget the excellence part.
