Not the best, if you consider the original Israeli series "Prisoner of War". Honestly, its nowhere close to the original. Carrie's character is a contradiction especially if you consider her mental condition. In reality nobody would employ a person with Bipolar disorder for such sensitive and critical missions involving national security. I was particular happy to see the back of Brody (and woefully miscast) , a twisted and artificial character. The only saving grace was the way the show actually portrayed Pakistan as the hotbed of international terror breeding ground. That required plenty of guts because no other American TV series or Films have shown the true colour of Pakistan's nefarious affinity toward terrorism. But on the other hand, the portrayal of Lebanon was a disappointment. I have travelled to that country on business and it is not even remotely realistic to what was shown in the series. Its a beautiful, modern country with amazing people. I always felt that its a country unfortunately situated in a very wrong region. This needs some course correction during the later part of the series, hope to see that rectification.
