ROE is a Battle Royale game very similar to PUBG with a lot of unique features for added player mobility as well as game mechanic improvements like a Dynamic shaped safe zone and an auto inventory/looting system that works. It is created by the same company that does PUBG's mobile game and it is very evident that they have taken most of the things that were wrong with PUBG and learned from them with their own game. However the game's population fluctuates so much that they litter the maps with useless bots so much that you see them more than you see most players. It also is free so cheaters run rampant and take up the first 20 pages on the leaderboards and nobody does anything about them. It had potential but it doesn't seem like it's ever going to gain positive growth
