Carter DeSpirito

This movie is old, there are plenty of other reviews, and I agree mostly with all of the five stars. I have one complaint. The movie is filled with so much tension and built up angst, and it wouldn’t have been in any way selling out or cheapening the message of the film to have resolved it a little further at the end. To be honest with you, all I wanted was them to at least show the crowd cheering, instead we are left proverbially awaiting release, holding onto the unease despite the completion of the film and the sense that we were SUPPOSED to have felt relieved. It’s to me just an unfit ending to the film, but overall still all so worthwhile to watch.
