I really enjoyed this anime. So many people say the ending is bad... but that's because it wasn't an ending lol, just a season finale. The main character, Gai, is very Sasuke-esque and I loved that. The girl that loves him could be considered to be Sakara except the two have a much more loving relationship. Gai isn't always nice to her, but he always protects her and he realizes how important she is much much faster than Sasuke does. It's a good story and contrary to a lot of people I highly recommend watching it. Pretty sad that it looks like there won't be a season 3.
