This game is actually the worst video game ever made period. I lost faith in Nintendo years ago with Bowsers Fury being what I thought was their worst game, but no, this game comes out and takes the number 1 spot for the worst game Nintendo has ever made. it's extremely uninteresting in terms of it's main theme and gameplay with the dumb new power ups that are so useless, really bad art style that is just a major downgrade from previous Mario Games with it's attempt to be expressive which fails so much and the levels are an actual Pain to finish and the controls are so cluncky and all over the place. Overral a Game like this shows why some franchises were perfectly fine the way they were and that changing stuff doesn't make anything good or unique. This is honestly the worst Video Game Ever Made and a prime example why we didn't need a new 2D Mario Game 0/10. You're better off buying Sonic Superstars Instead.
