If you hate everything Tolkien you might like this general fantasy show. If however you are a fan of The Lord of the Rings, you should skip this series. There is nothing at all good in this series. The men are helpless, the women are self sufficient, and there are freaking HOBBITS in the 2nd age before they existed! We have beardless dwarves, black elves, and a female Frodo that has nothing to offer this abomination. There is nothing here for anyone who loves the true Lord of the Rings. Unless that is: You like to see a clear image on the screen, and then have a character explain exactly what you just saw, even though you knew already. There is a hella lot of explaining things you already knjow.
