Really good, love that the whole series was filmed in black and white, beautifully and artistically shot. This is another adaptation of the Patricia Highsmith novel "The Talented Mr. Ripley." There were two films previously based on this novel. Alain Delon stars as Tom Ripley in the 1960 "Purple Noon," and the 1999 "The Talented Mr. Ripley" starring Matt Damon, Jude Law, and Gwyneth Paltrow. I love the 1960 "Purple Noon" (one of my all time favorite thillers), but didn't care much for the 1999 filming of the same book.
