Way too much dialogue and sometimes off the mark. One sentence does not follow on other. It's too bad because it has a very attractive cast that are good actors.

So much more could have done with the setting of the ocean invading Miami. The intrigue of the plot was okay but could have been better. The romance was just so much mush. Sorry, fans!

Exciting with engrossing plot.

Interesting to see how people in that profession might live and especially in New York City. The plot went beyond belief.

A collection of irritating tropes thrown in together with unappealing people and a hangdog-faced main character. The plot didn't make any sense, the cops had no ethics, and I only cared about the dead people.
