Steve Downey

The actors were great, the singing so sweet, the staging beautiful, just a very well done play. It still misses. Hard to say why. The female characters were original but didn't seem like real people, more like the personifications of a point the playwright was making. The male characters were very flat, even archetypal. It was a well told story (if a bit long) but it never relates.
