Uneven plotting, poor character development and multiple infodumps leading to an unsatisfying ending that really resolves little. Multiple B plots and characters discarded on the way.

Too many talking heads saying the same thing one after another, or ... just not saying very much at all... Ironic juxtaposition of people talking about Bondi's enduring welcoming culture, followed by the same people complaining about new residents! Was expecting a lot more content as the area has such a rich history. I have my great grandmother's bronze life-saving medallion from North Bondi SLSC. She used to wear daring bathing costumes down there over a century ago. But I get the sense the producers didn't look at any archives older than Bondi Rescue episodes.
