With a gazillion characters, something like 40 introduced in the first chapter, this book goes so deep into the woods with too many almost complete irrelevant details. If Grisham actually wrote this, I’m convinced it was to test his loyal fans. There are no small victories, nothing to propel the story from chapter to chapter. Instead, the author increases the confusion with every sentence. I thought this story would never end. Horribly boring.
